Lovely stay here on my trip to Hanoi. The location of the hotel is great. Near to the Beer Street if you want some party , lots of tourist attractions in walking distance if you wanna do that. The hotel is at a bustling street of old quarter which has many streetside local restaurants , hawkers, small coffee shops, fruit and veggie markets, wholesale stores so you can get a glimpse of the local life which I enjoyed. Not to mention, despite the street being really busy, the rooms are soundproof and you won’t hear any noise. Nice spacious rooms clean and tidy, with good amenities. Hotel staff is really very kind and hospitable. Always offering you tea which is such a kind gesture. They provide airport drop at a good price so you can check that out. I would happily return to this hotel if I visit Hanoi again.

Staff is kind and helpful. Place is clean. Location is also good plus they have elevator. Overall a good and comfortable stay

Overall I was very happy with my stay. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean enough even if the hotel is outdated in some ways. I find that to be the norm in Old Quarter. I appreciated that while it was in Old Quarter, it was more on the outside so a bit more quiet than other Old Quarter hotels. I didn’t get the best sleep because of the location but honestly, that’s to be expected when staying in Old Quarter. I would stay here again if I wanted to stay somewhere very central.

Joe was very friendly and helpful. There seems to be a weird smell in the hallway going to the room but other than that, the place looks clean and decent. Would definitely recommend staying here.
