We had an amazing time here at signature M Village, staff were amazing here a very respectful to us. They even held our luggage for us for when we went on a tour to ha giang.
Will be back for sure in the future.

Yes the room was clean. Bruce (Front Desk) provided amazing customer service. Great pool facilities.

Amazing staff — super helpful, responsive, and attentive from start to finish. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The gym was solid and had everything I needed, though a water cooler or bottled water would be a nice addition. Overall, great stay and the staff really made the difference.

My daughter and I stayed at Signature by M Village Tho Nhuom for 9 nights. We had a wonderful time. The staff were super courteous and helpful. The indoor swimming pool was fabulous. The free laundry service was so convenient. Will definitely come back for another stay during our next trip to Hanoi.
