26.07.15I had an amazing stay at this hotel, big room and comfy bed. Stayed here as a solo traveller and it was perfect! Employees were always friendly and went out of their way to help me when I had problems. Will definitely return!

26.06.15The location is good but you still have to walk a lot. The staff are polite and friendly. They always clean and refill our bottled water and toiletries. They change our towels as well. Kudos to their staff because I accidentally booked our stay with less than a day but they did not just throw our things out but they calmly approach us when we got in the lobby and we settle our another night.

26.07.17이틀연박예약걸어놓고 현장결제 완료 후
룸키 배정받고 올라갔는데 창문은 복도쪽으로 되어있고 방음은 일체안되거니와 샤워실,욕조 등등 청결하지도 않고 바닥과 벽에 붉은 개미가 돌아다니지를 않나 너무나 별로라고 생각드는 호텔같지않은 호텔입니다. 하노이로 다시 여행온다하면 두번다시 쳐다도 안볼 숙소입니다.
