It's located close to koreatown spots, but that's about it. When I stayed there last weekend, it was under construction and had humid basement odor throughout the floor. If you want a relatively cheap hotel stay, I'd recommend but likely not otherwise.

The overall location is pretty central to a lot of things. A great additional is free parking which a lot of hotels don’t have. I will say that they are under construction and renovating which should be disclosed because you will be hearing that through the day from about 9am till about 4-5pm if you’re in the room. The room was clean but needs some attention in other aspects. There are no facilities that can be used right now due to construction. It will probably be much better when it’s done.
