I was only there for two nights one day. I didn’t use any amenities but was charged for them. It’s winter! The room was nothing special, renovated over antique hotel. That side of town is not elevated to what they think their quality is. My stay was nothing extraordinary okey at best.

Rooms were nice and clean, walls were thick so it was very quiet in our room! staff very friendly. 2 elevators skipped floors and dropped so we didn’t go on those ones after that( told the receptionist and they had maintenance look at them) . Also if you are gambling get a players card. We stayed there for a week and asked the cashier to help us get one, he said no need all the gambling tables and slots take cash. Mimi came up to us on the last day explained what it was and how you can get points and rewards from using the card.She was so patient with us and helped us get one, unfortunately this was on out last day there and no one else asked us or offered so we missed out on a lot of points/ rewards with the amount of money we spent for the week. Other than that our stay was good!
