受付の方は親切。 しかし、巨大なホテルだけあって、カジノ内の案内をもう少し充実して欲しい。

There was absolutely not a single seat from the front desk area to the end of the resort the other side by NYNY. Rooms don’t have microwave or coffee makers

Could not get a refund for an unused room at hotel because Expedia would not honor it and neither would the hotel so I lost $500!!!

Listen to what a guest says, and conveyed that exact message to your House Cleaning. Upon arrival, there was a bunch of different hairs of different sizes and lengths and curliness on our bathroom floor. I would call daily to have it done, even though people would be coming up to our room to fix the bed, not once did they address the issue although they did give me some credits. Your staff just needs to better listen & understand what a guest is requesting. You should also let people know this is a pet friendly hotel! I found out too late, hence suffered plenty of allergy symptoms every time I would stay in the room.

Mobile checkout was not good. Few people working the desk for check-in, so, LONG, slow lines. Otherwise, casino was happening, great vibes, lots of security… so you always feel safe. Great poker room, if that’s your thing. Elevators were plenty so getting up and down was quick. Rooms were newly renovated, so that was nice and refreshing. Shower was big and had lots of room to operate. (I’m 6’1, 250 lbs) I would go back again.
