Worst hotel experience we have ever had in Las Vegas. The next door neighbors yelled and screamed all night. We called security multiple times and they did nothing. I understand its Vegas but this went on from midnight to 6am. If you want to party go to the casino, not in your dirty room. Our room filled with Marijuana smoke all night. This hotel is one of the worst in Vegas, and you would think they would want to try and keep people as happy as they can but they allowed one group of people to ruin everyone elses stay. Stay anywhere but Circus Circus.

On December 27th 2025 my boyfriend and I booked a room at this facility and it was the worst experience we've had while staying in LV. The people in the next room were loud from early evening till about 3 am or later, their children running around the hall while yelling and slamming the door. Then we had room service knocking on our door at 8:40 am followed by pounding on our door shortly after from the people in the next room shouting if someone was in the room. We then called the front desk about the situation and were offered a later check out time 1pm instead of 11am, we declined and wanted to leave this facility as soon as possible. Not only did we have a bad staying experience, we also had an unsanitary room with sticky carpet, shower water that kept running a stream and the smell of the halls and room were very musky and moldy. My boyfriend and I were very sleep deprived because of this incident.. We ended up booking a room at the Oyo Hotel & Casino for the rest of our stay in LV. 1000% better than circus circus. We will never stay here again!
