Location is good! The rest leaves something to be desired.. Check in is @ 3pm, room wasnt ready until 330pm.. we kept being put off until they could find a room, not the one we had booked remind you! We usually don't want maid service, however we requested twice in a six night stay, did not receive once! Luckily Anastasia at the front desk was a great help and provided us with necessities! Thanks Anastasia! Downtown Waikiki has no shortage in clapped out Civics and Camaros, you WILL hear them all night if resting here. The pool was mellow, not enough depth to swim! Walking distance to everything!

The building is relatively new, with a Japanese-inspired interior. The room had a small bathtub and a bidet, which was a nice touch. Housekeeping can be done daily or once every four days, and bed sheets are normally changed every four days, but they will change them upon request. I appreciated having this choice as a guest. Tess was in charge of our floor, and she did a great job keeping the room very clean. The pool area includes a small kids’ pool and a shallow foot-washing pool, and there is also a jacuzzi, which we enjoyed. Slippers and an electric kettle are provided upon request. The hotel is not directly beachfront, about an 8-minute walk, but the hotel offers beach towels, umbrellas, boards, and beach chairs, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, with many restaurants and shops nearby such as Ross, Nordstrom Rack, and Target. The lobby is comfortable and well-equipped with microwaves, hot water, and plenty of tables, making it easy for families to bring food and eat together. However, there is no restaurant in the hotel, so there is no breakfast or room service. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The QR code guide with detailed usage instructions was very helpful, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
