The pool, the amenities, and the beach area restaurants were all nothing short of spectacular. The view from our ocean view room was breathtaking, and we felt very safe throughout the hotel. The beautiful birds, specifically the flamingos and parrots that guests can interact with, were fun attractions for the kids and make this resort a real paradise. I would definitely recommend this property to friends with and without children, and we plan to return again. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a hot tub for children. There are currently two hot tubs located in the adults-only area, but none available for kids. It would be great for them to have a place to warm up after the pool, especially on colder days.

Where to start. Room was unclean- we had to switch rooms once we checked in due to how unclean the first room was, 2nd room was barely acceptable but I didn’t want to create additional tension. The biggest issue came from my car though. I paid 55 dollars per day for valet parking for my car I booked through Turo. Unfortunately, valet service did not do a good job at all with taking care of my rental as I had to return the car with a huge paint scratch that occurred due a parked car hitting it hard once opening. I had to pay an incredible amount to the rental to resolve the dispute with them. It was very unfortunate to have my car not taken care of in a good manner. Furthermore, pool-side food was not good AT ALL. we tried to give it a chance a few times but each time the food came we were let down very badly. Chicken karage did not look or taste like chicken at all. It was definitely a disappointing stay with many issues that reached the tipping point with my scratched car. I read and saw so much online about how great this resort is, but I unfortunately get that same expierence at all. Disappointing stay in Maui
