I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest floor and barely had an ocean view. In later conversations with the staff, we found out that the majority of the rooms were unoccupied this week. Although we love the Andaz, we will probably explore more options for our next trip.

Honestly, a little bit of everything stood out. The room was spotless, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, and the overall property and amenities were beautiful. The location right by the shops and restaurants was also a huge plus. It all came together to make the stay amazing.

O hotel, ainda que já apresente alguns sinais do tempo, continua excelente e o nível de serviço é excelente. Alguns utens a melhorar, porém, seriam o café da manhã, mesmo com lugares no restaurante apresenta fila do lado de fora. Não demorou demais nenhum dia, mas causa má impressão. Outro ponto seria o valor do Valet (US $60,00+ taxas), se não há self service para estacionar, isso se torna meio abusivo. E se há, não é oferecido. Um dos dois precisa ser apresentado.
