Room was perfect, other than no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom. However, the reason for the poor grade is; At check out there was no one at reception so we phoned the reception number & explained we needed an invoice printout. A lady (who claimed that her name was Sasha, when asked) comes out & says we should have called out for her & not phoned. We had no way of knowing that she was in the back as all we could see was a chair with a coat on it. She was very obnoxious, kept shouting that we should have called into room, not phoned. She even said that because of that she would not allow us on the hotel shuttle & we should find our own way to the airport, AS IF she had the authority to actually do that! We just ignored her on this & got onto the shuttle when it arrived. From the shuttle window we could see the driver talking to someone & then shaking his head before coming out to the shuttle. We assume that he was talking to ‘Sasha’. The driver came onto the shuttle & drove off. Another guest also waiting for the shuttle came over to the reception & asked ‘Sasha’ why she was shouting and being so rude when we had done nothing wrong but 'Sasha' refused to listen & starting shouting abuse at her too. Never met such a horrible hotel receptionist in all our decades of traveling & we do stay an average of 25 to 40 nights in a hotel each year. Severe damage is being done to the Hyatt brand & Hyatt needs to put an end to this before this lady causes further damage.

Bed was uncomfortable and our TV did not work upon arrival. They also charge you $25 upfront in return for restaurant credits which is non negotiable. Front desk staff was not friendly either. Hotel was well kept and clean.
