The property has no lobby area. Instead the check in counter located in the 15th floor, a very small room that combined check in desk that stuffed a lot of unrelated goods that you normally not seen in regular hotel setting. You feel like you entered a very unorganized room that you felt you went to the wrong place. I was so “shocked” and can’t believed this is a “Hotel” in a well developed downtown Taipei city. So disappointed. I checked out within an hour and really can’t spend my night in it

The rooms is not clean. There are holes in the wall and expose live wire around in the room. The sofa is dirty and very old. The staff is not friendly and don’t giving me friendly feelings when asks for help. Do not use the in house washer and dryer in the hotel because they are expensive and not working. The washer work but the dryer in the hotel will not dry your clothing. I put 40 minutes for drying my clothing and not even dry after 40 minutes. If you plan on washing your clothes use the 24 hours laundry two blocks away which is cheaper and better.

The 1st room that we were assigned to have electricity issues that we can control individual lights, call front desk and they sent someone to fix the issue but could not figure out what was wrong, we have to pack up our luggages and move to another room; seems like they did not check the condition of a room before assigning to customers. The 2nd room that we were in does have all electricity working; however, when I tried to take shower, there was no shampoo in the container. Overall, I am disappointed with this hotel and will not recommend it to anybody.
