Found a cockroach (adult, had to kill it), two dead spiders (both stuck to a wall), and about 10 mosquitoes in my room. Pillows are absolutely terrible. Staff seems to work at 30% energy with no care in the world for you. Breakfast is terrible (first time I've had a terrible buffet in almost a year living in Thailand). The hotel is nowhere near a beach. Ocean is next to it but only rocks everywhere. The only positive thing about the hotel are the nice lobby and the fact is close to the DAM restaurant which is absolutely great. Avoid at all costs. You will be disappointed staying here.
