The facilities are clean, but there is room for improvement in overall maintenance. Some areas feel dated, particularly the guest rooms and the small spaces outside the elevators on each floor. The concierge and reception area is grand and impressive, and it would be wonderful if this standard were reflected throughout the rest of the hotel. What truly stands out is the exceptional service. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and consistently go above and beyond. I had several pieces of luggage that needed to be sent to Chiang Mai, and Mr. Gian and Ms. Niki assisted me graciously and efficiently. Every staff member I encountered—including the bellmen and housekeeping team—was warm, professional, and attentive. We would definitely come back again for this five-star level of service.

Everything was good

I had a wonderful stay at Al Meroz. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning by offering delicious, fresh, and different varieties of food every day. The location was also perfect, with many halal eateries conveniently located around the hotel, making meals easy and enjoyable. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs, even assisting us with booking a reliable driver during our stay. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again.
