Beautifully designed interior.The staff are very professional and courteous. Loved the music the pianist and the orchestra that play at the lobby. The hotel is next to the Luneta and Intramuros .

Perfect stay

The Manila Hotel is always a classic. Great ambiance especially the rooms, had an ancestral vibe. Staff are courteous, super helpful and very much engaging. The only thing I can point out are, the glasses in the sliding drawer looks dirty, it had those thick white marks like they’ve been there for ages. I appreciate the welcome fruits and chocolates, I wish they place new fruits everyday and Filipino fruits rather than the ones you eat at home. They have a currency exchange booth but they’re so particular with the bills being bent and don’t bring the older $100 US notes bcoz they don’t take them, such disappointment. Maybe the room needs upgrading or renovating on the carpet, our room had bad stains on the floor and ripped carpet parts. Breakfast buffet is good but I wish they would have different food each morning or at least keep the Pinoy breakfast classics. Love the taho, champorado )too bad just one day they had it, I was there for 4 days and 4 nights. They have complimentary 1 car self-parking, I wish they do complimentary too for valet parking. Kudos to all the staff from the guard at the parking, to the bell boys, the staff who assisted outside the driveway, the guards, the reception, the Ilang-Ilang staff who made my daughter’s birthday memorable, and the housekeepers.

Im Zimmer hat sich die Klimaanlage nicht regulieren lassen trotz höher eingestellter Temperatur kühlte die Klimaanlage ständig auf 18Grad Celsius mussten diese ausschalten war unerträglich. Desweiteren dauerte das Einchecken an der Rezeption bis zur Schlüsselausgabe 30 Minuten Personal ist nicht geeignet für diesen Job.

Wonderful buffet. Great amenities. Pool and workout facilities were great.
