The checkin process was the longest we had experienced in years of traveling. Having 55+ year old fillng in a ”no party ” disclaimer was also kind of fun… Once the paperwork was done we were told no rooms were ready although we checked in after 5pm and , despite being told this woukd be the case , no one let us know when they were ready. ”Luckyly” we waited 45minutes for some club sandwiches . The rooms were supposed to be checked before handed out to us but no larger towels available and some waste on the floor once we arrived. The pool is great when traveling with lively kids, not for us. Breakffast was awesome. The front desk manager was very reactive and offered us a free aiport shuttle ride.

Room spotless,staff incredibly helpful. The breakfast area was incredible.So many choices of every single food you could wish for. Pool area service amazing. This is definitely 5* plus Thanks for an amazing four night stay

We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton overall. The service was good, the hotel was clean, and most aspects of our experience met expectations. The staff were friendly and polite, which we appreciated. However, we did have an issue with noise on two nights. Our neighboring room was extremely loud, and we had to call in a noise complaint because it was still going on around 1:00 in the morning. That situation did affect our sleep. Additionally, while the staff were friendly, we didn’t receive much assistance with our luggage, and no one offered to help open the door when our hands were full. Overall, it was a good stay, but these few issues could be improved to make the experience even better.
