Old worn out hotel. No maintenance. No service. I guess it's inexpensive but it's surrounded by inexpensive hotels where you will have some service and some budget options that are very clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Oxford Suites Makati, and I want to especially compliment the front desk staff for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.
