Had an issue with the aircon, but hotel was very good at working it out. Staff there is just incredible, great service all around. 😁 Acme the location is awesome. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great. Starting from the room all the way to the friendly and accomodating staff. More than you could ask for.

Nice courteous staff and the restaurant was most pleasant. We enjoyed the drinks, music & breakfast Communication by the hotel, however is HORRIBLE. Our requests for pick up & for rooms together went unanswered despite 3 reminders. Unfortunately the request to Expedia too were un resolved The pool too was a disappointment

This was the second time we stayed at a Hennan, the last time seemed better than this time. We paid for an upgraded room this time. The resort is generally run ok but at times the check-in/ checkout processes seem overwhelming, everywhere else in the world you hand over some ID and a credit card and they handle the rest. Not here, they ask for booking confirmation documents, receipts for anything you have prepaid. Luckily for us we had copies of everything, you would think that they would also. Our room wasn't ready, so they offered a complimentary drink. When we tried to use the vouchers, we were offered cucumber juice.. we asked to swap for a bottle of water and 2 managers later they gave us was we asked for. Surely they could spare the 29c for a bottle of water considering we paid over $1000 to stay. Room was good, most staff are friendly and attentive.
