We had a few unexpected incidents during our stay. Due to a water leak in our room, we had to move rooms, and since there was no appropriately sized room available, we had to move again the following day. However, we consider these kinds of troubles to be part of traveling, so it didn’t bother us. Before coming, we were a bit worried because we had seen some very negative reviews, but overall our experience was not bad. One area that could be improved is the number of beach beds. There didn’t seem to be enough, and it often felt overcrowded. Although the building seems old, we could see that maintenance and improvements are being actively carried out.

The resort was being worked on during the busiest holiday time. The food was not good - even the specialty restaurants were horrible. The rooms were okay but many times did not get supplies and the noise in a family resort was unbelievable. At 9 at night a mariachi band played on the main floor and as all rooms are facing into the resort, it woke up many children as the sound vibrated throughout. The beach is lovely but not much else. I felt bad for the employees.

The "good" - Good amenities (water slides, game room) for kids. Food was good (but could've been better, the main buffet didn't hav a lot of variations imo). No long lines. Room was clean. The "not so good" - Both the ZipLines and the Mini golf area were closed. Kid was disappointed. The lockbox in the room was broken. The pool area was always out of towels.

Room was cleaned daily and towels were changed. Food was delicious, entertainment was limited. The fridge in one of the rooms was not working, we requested for it to be fixed, but the issue was not resolved until we checked out. We stayed for 6 nights without having any cold drink from the fridge.

Room was below average. It felt like a run down two star resort. The tiles were broken, the room heating didn’t work, the shower knob was broken. Every corner of the room and the common areas had something broken. It literally felt like a run down resort. They were always running out of towels for the pool. The food was below average. It literally felt like waste of time rather then a vacation.
