This place is convenient if you like to go out to the night market. The staff are friendly and nice.

We had booked an executive 1 bedroom suite overlooking the Mekong. Before arrival i had emailed the hotel that we wanted an extra bed but didn't get a response. I called the hotel but the lady who answered was pretty clueless. Check in was quick. We reminded them about the bed which was set up 2 hrs later. The suite was spacious and clean. The attractions are located within walking distance of the hotel which was nice. Tuk tuks are easy to come by. Breakfast buffet was good. We had access to the club lounge for complimentary tea n snacks between 2pn n 4pm. And complimentary drinks between 5pm n 7.30pm For the tea you need to inform the hotel by 3.30pm which items you would like to order. This was not clearly communicated. There were a couple of hiccups regarding communication but other than that we had a lovely stay. The staff was very polite n friendly especially Billy at the front desk.
