I had a fantastic 2-day stay at this guesthouse, which offered a truly authentic experience in a beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable hanok. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made it perfect for exploring, and the kind and helpful host ensured a smooth check-in process. A temporary SIM card is necessary for easy communication with the host. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting and would definitely stay here again!

위치와 주변의ㅜ접근성은 매우 좋습니다. 한옥이라 분위기도 좋고 매우 뜨끈뜨끈하게 잠을 잤습니다. 다만 이불의 머리카락 많이 있어서 불쾌했습니다. 위생상태만 좋다면 정말 좋은 숙소였는데.. 아쉽네요

We stayed at Gung Hanok Guest House during our holiday, and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the staff service — it was very difficult to contact the host, and communication was challenging due to the language barrier. We often felt unsure about where to get help. The house itself is very old, and the interior condition wasn’t great. The wooden courtyard floor felt uneven and almost broken in some areas. The partitions between rooms were extremely thin, so we could hear people talking from room to room, which made it hard to rest. There were no proper facilities provided, even though the listing mentioned breakfast. Throughout our stay, we never saw anything prepared for us, which was very misleading. The only positive point is the location, which was okay and convenient enough. However, the overall experience inside the house was far from comfortable. If this is your first time staying in Korea, I would not recommend this guest house. There are definitely better options that offer clearer communication, proper facilities, and a more comfortable environment.
