후기보고 하룻밤 묵기는 괜찮은 게다가 사우나도 즐길 수 있는 곳으로 생각하고 갔다가, 분위기가 너무 음침하고 대실도 가능한 모텔 분위기에 사우나도 너무 낡고 시간도 저녁 7-8시 또는 아침 5-8시에 선택해서 이용하라고 제한을 둬 저녁에 가자 싶어 갔더니 7:40분 부터 청소 시작. 다시는 온천장 주변에서 숙박할 일 없음. 돈 더주고 허심청이라도 갈 걸 후회막심이었습니다. 직원분들은 대체로 친절했던 건 맞지만 기분이 너무 안좋고 찜찜해서 후기남겨요. ㅠㅠ

I stayed in one of the VIP rooms with my girlfriend, and we were absolutely disappointed. First of all, it's important to note that the Hot Spring Sauna--a major selling point included here on Agoda--is closed every Wednesday. But beyond that, the room was dirty when we came in, with two containers of melted ice cream left in the refrigerator and trash left in the bin. The outdoor hot tub--not a jacuzzi by the way, as this site says--did not get water hotter than lukewarm, so considering we went on a winter day, it barely got used. And then when talking with the staff about the issues we had, the owner of the hotel was aggressive and loud in his responses. Would never stay here again. There are lots of options in Busan that are cheaper and better maintained with staff that is friendly.
