Large room. Near shopping, restaurants and multiple 7-11's. The lady at the front desk is friendly helped me to get taxi service. My issue are with the description. There is no airport shuttle, noone at the desk speaks English, no manager reception and no restaurant servicevother than breakfast. Now some FYI..the hotel is pushed way back, sandwiched between 2 other hotels. There is more than one Brown Dot Hotel, so be specific about the address so you don't go to the wrong hotel like I did. Decent hotel. As long as you understand some features are not offered you are getting a good deal.

Great location near everything and very reasonably priced. Good hot water, comfy bed and surprisingly quiet. Staff super nice as well.

Receptionist was so lovely and nothing to much trouble, so carefree and helpful. Rooms are large and clean. Plenty of tv channels for late night viewing. 5 min walk from down town.
