There was essentially no heat on our floor. We also did not have any bath/shower water for half our sta and no hot water for the sink. When the staff was contacted about this they said the water would be off for 28 hours. When asked if they knew the water would be off and why they would put us in those rooms (we were the only ones on floor 17), they said they knew it would be and that they let us know the water would be off. I got a hotel for somewhere to sleep and shower…I could barely sleep with both blankets from both beds and I couldn’t shower for half my trip.

For my stay in December the heater was not working in the room which was very cold. Then they shut the water off for my floor (17th) floor saying it would be from 11 am to 3pm. However they meant for 28 hours which was not relayed. I asked the employee if anyone else was on the floor and moved to a different floor which he stated me and my party were the only ones on the floor. He then explained they KNEW the water was going to be shut off and still lodged is in the rooms knowing this would happen. I took photos of the various white spots on the floor and damage/stains on the curtains which I felt should’ve been replaced due to their condition. I was VERY disappointed with my stay and do not recommend staying at this hotel. Even when I voiced my complaints to the staff regarding the heat and the water still not working I felt it was dismissed due to it being the end of my stay. I trusted the ratings for the hotel on the app, and was severely let down.
