아마넥 벳푸 유라-레

Our stay here was for two night. It went pretty well. The staff is amazing and speak English really well. They are very helpful and courteous. This seemed to be a super touristy area. Alot of Korean tourists. Touristy is not what we look for our stay, so didn’t realize this until we got there. We didn’t book a hot spring in beppu because this hotel offered bath on thier 14th floor. The amenities pick up is available from the bath upstairs. We decided to go there to check out the amenities and the bath…it was chaos there. I have been a lot of ryokans and onsens around Japan..and this was full of Korean tourists observing non of the public bath manners, they had taken almost all the amenities, and were being loud, the toilet rooms were open and smelled like someone pooped there. After seeing that we skipped the baths. We had a car so everything was reachable from here and they had super affordable car parking garage available right in the back of the hotel. You just take your ticket and they validate it for you at the hotel. They have relaxation services available for which you have to go the inn next door…we ended up getting that and it was honestly amazing. Overall really nice hotel.

It was a fun stay and I enjoyed my two nights here. You can choose your choice of yukatas. The onsen is well sized and clean with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was also enjoyable with many food options. Only downside was that the room's bathroom was not well maintained - there was a stale smell and mould around the edges of the bath tub, drainage was also very poor leading to pooling of water while showering. r.

スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったし、朝食がかなり美味しかった。

立地も良くホテルは清潔でスタッフの対応もすばらしいですね、 また別府に行く時は是非利用したいです。

Utmärkt hotell med stort rum och bekväma sängar. Fin frukostbuffé med både japanska och västerländska rätter. Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal, bra onsen med pool på taket och vackra bambukonstverk i byggnaden.
