clean room, kind staff, amazing location
The rooms were oudated and not well maintained (stained rug, walls were dirty and the pictures on the website do not match the room in real life). However, the location was near a metro and Dotonbori. Although the hotel was near the American Village, it was quiet at night and plenty of restaurants all around the hotel.
Good for cheap stay. Hotel is quiet, need to go to second floor through elevator to get to lobby. Didn’t know when first coming so I kept looking on the ground floor. Overall decent stay, affordable since there aren’t any crazy amenities but it is in good location and not far from train
O hotel nos recebeu com muito bem. Hotel super novo e moderno. Ponto negativo apenas foi a cama, muito mole e acordei com muitas dores nas costas.
Quarto super aconchegante, maior que a grande maioria dos quartos de hotel no Japão. Dos hotéis que usei no Japão esse foi disparado o melhor. Super indico para casais em viagem.
Despite previous reviews, the hotel and staff were amazing, spoke english really well and communicated everything. If we wanted or needed anything, we asked, they delivered (like extra pillows)
The room we stayed in was on the 6th floor and was clean ant tidy, bath and shower were amazing
