Look I’d never been to Venice before. Someone else picked this hotel for me. Not sure they knew what exactly they were doing but it worked. This hotel is accessible to an actual 4 wheel cab which means you’re not dragging your bags up and down stairs or on/off a boat to get to your hotel. It’s also pretty close to train station if that’s how you arrive but beware again ofthe stairs to get bags to hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly, gave great food recommendations and there’s a cute little bar there for a pre-dinner glass of wine. Couple late night news/coffee/snack stands also right outside that were super convenient. Rooms were quite nice, well sized for Europe. comfortable and I’d imagine reasonably priced. Bathrooms were pristine, great shower and vanity the whole 9 yards. Most of the rooms probably had a canal view one way or another so very nice addition. You have to walk around Venice anyway so you don’t need to say in the middle of town. Stick with this spot - very comfy and cozy.

This was the only property we could find with parking on site. The staff was lovely and welcoming. The bathtub stopper was broken but grateful for a tub. Great views but for a price ! It was very noisy! However, we had earplugs.
