O hotel é excelente, cafe da manhã maravilhoso, literalmente ao lado da estação de trem. A unica coisa nao a reclamar mas sugerir é melhor a luz dos quartos. Poucas e escuro.

There is no anti-slip pad in bed tub so my daughter slipped and hurt nose. They didn't care and they don't have preventive measure. And they charge 50 euros every morning for breakfast even though I thought it was included. There was no indication that they are going to charge this amount for breakfast at all. And the breakfast menu was terrible too. Same food everyday. This hotel is suppose to be 5 star at all. It is worse than 2 star hotel in Japan. Definitely not recommended
