We have never stayed at a hotel in our live with such a filthy hotel bathroom (#300). In addition, we were switched three times within 2 days- the first room (#407) had no hot water, so they switched us to #500 but said it's only for one night because it won't be available the next day, but promised us that we will get an equivalent room of #406 (room we booked and paid but never got it). When we came back from sightseeing, we got room #300 (pictures). It's so late so we could only bear with it- the next day in the morning we demanded talking to the manager. The manager on duty came to the room and saw the issues I pointed out (electrical panel next to the bed, the dirty wall, and the dirtiest hotel bathroom we have ever experienced in our travel history), but he did not think they were the issues at all. He said "so this is the issue?" and said he won't change our room, but will have cleaners clean the bathroom. By the time we came back at night, the bathroom was exactly the same filthiness as before (pictures were taken from a video I made at that time). We paid for 4 nights and stayed only 2 nights because this was a serious health hazard issue. Please issue a refund.

Sauber, Dusch etc. wurden täglich nachgefüllt. Personal (Rezeption, Reinigung, Frühstücksraum) immer sehr höflich.

The staff were very friendly & helpful! Our room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Breakfast was great—plenty of options. The hotel is conveniently located by the train station which made it easy to get around.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However the location was so noisy. The vendors on be street were yelling and playing music until 3am most nights. And while its location is super convenient near the train station, that comes with a price of safety and noise. Also the gym was definitely moldy.
