The check-in gentleman was FABULOUS! The bed was really comfortable!

The room was ok, no water bottles provided and the WiFi didn’t reach the fifth floor however that was minor. The issue we faced was with the items in our room disappearing. The cleaner knocked on our door repeatedly until we woke up, so I answered the door thinking it was an emergency but she seemed to say she wanted us out so she could clean. Understandably, that is her job but I told her not to worry about cleaning it as we didn’t really want to be rushed out of our room. When we did leave that day, we came back to a bag of shopping we had bought the previous day, missing. This was clearly not a rubbish bag, a H&M bag full of items from Sephora, Lego and other bits. The staff did not seem to want to help when we asked them about this, but somehow the bag turned up and we were given it back when checking out. Granted, it was returned to us but with no explanation or apology, it was a bit of a weird experience. Our passports or money could have been in that bag for all they knew.
