A wonderful stay! This hotel was so beautiful and serene, especially when you enter from the busy, loud street. The courtyard was an oasis. The staff was helpful and efficient. The only criticism we had about our stay concerned the windows on the bathroom doors. For some reason, an clear border was left around the frosted glass, so there was no real privacy in the bathrooms - an awkward situation for siblings.

Tout notre séjour a été parfait, la chambre au calme avec vue sur le jardin était la bienvenue,que ce soit a la réception,au restaurant et autre, le personnel est a la hauteur de nos espérances! Agréable, souriant,disponible. Un grand merci a cette équipe de pros !

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect and central to everything. Food at restaurant was delicious. Room was very spacious and view to the Duomo from the balcony was amazing

The hotel has a modern upscale vibe in an old city. It is equipped with a spa.The hot tub was not hot oddly enough. The massage was good, but on the expensive side. The front desk is top notch. The ladies are very knowledgeable and speak several languages. They are very helpful and Asia made great dinner recommendations. The room was nice, but cold. The hotel itself has the ability to shut off the heat and does do that at night. The shower was poorly designed. It had a gap at the bottom where the door closes. Everytime you shower water leaks out onto the floor. The floor board just outside the shower door is loose and wet. There was definitely a small mold problem became of this. The breakfast was a large spread each morning. It was a great way to start the day.

Wonderful five star stay at Palazzo Castri. The beautiful modern yet comfortable hotel decor, large inner garden courtyard with lemon trees and flowers, kind and attentive staff and relaxing spa offered an exquisite and peaceful oasis in the city of Florence.
