Very clean rooms, staff are very friendly and helpful

Foi tudo muito fácil e rápido. Só esqueceram só vinho de cortesia, mas quando eu ia lembrei foram solícitos no atendimento.

Very clean room and friendly staff. About 10 min drive up to Asisi parking lot and bus stop.

日本のビジネスホテルのような簡素で清潔なホテルでした。暖房も効いていて快適でした。ただ荷物置きがなくトランクの開け閉めに苦労したことと、椅子が一脚しかなく2人で泊まるには不便でした。湯沸かしポットとスリッパも備えていませんでした。それらがあれば十分良かったと思います。

The food in the restaurant (breakfasts and dinners) was excellent, as was the service. The facility itself is very clean and attractive. The location is excellent for catching a bus up to Assisi. And there is ample parking. Our concerns were about our room. We had multiple problems with our room. The electronics in the door failed and needed a technician. Two of the four electrical outlets in the room either didn't work at all or only worked intermittently. We needed to connect 2 CPAP devices, so this was an issue. We felt the employees at the reception desk were tired of hearing our concerns about this, so we made do with just the 2 outlets. There was limited space for luggage and there was not the usual folding luggage holder found in most hotels. We would probably stay here again due to its great location and good restaurant, but would be selective about our room.
