The room was clean comfortable and well appointed with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The balcony we were looking forward to was disappointing as the sofa style seating was not verycomfortable

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room was cleaned daily and toiletries and water replaced without any issues. The facilities were very good and the events were very enjoyable. My wife had a Zanti appointment and she really enjoyed it. We would happily book again. It might be worth considering a designated kids area at the pool.

We traveled all the way from Puerto Rico to Bali for our honeymoon, and staying at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived, every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The security team, front desk, concierge, and the staff who helped with our luggage were all incredibly welcoming and professional. The hospitality throughout the entire stay was outstanding. Room service was excellent, housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the food was delicious with an impressive variety. The atmosphere across the resort is relaxing, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The pool, the rooms, the bathrooms, and the spa were all exceptional and made our stay feel truly special. They were also extremely punctual and responsible with the excursions we booked, and at the end of our stay they ensured we got safely to the airport. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. A 10/10 doesn’t feel like enough — they truly excel in everything.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Pool was awesome and staff very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Only issue was it was a little noisy, could hear the people above us walking around all night causing sleepless nights. Aside from that it was a lovely hotel
