What an experience from start to finish… My stay at Hotel Al-Habtoor in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was flawless. The reception staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, every request was handled promptly and with a smile, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. The staff across the entire hotel deserve special recognition. From housekeeping to concierge to restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and highly professional. It’s clear that hospitality is taken very seriously here, and the team works together seamlessly to provide a five-star experience. The spa and wellness facilities were absolutely superb. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, the facilities were spotless, and the treatments were deeply relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city, and it added a real sense of indulgence to the stay. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options. Breakfast was especially impressive, offering both local and international selections to suit all tastes. Dining at the hotel felt like a culinary experience in itself. This property did not meet expectations for a five-star hotel. The bathroom appeared poorly maintained, and the furnishings were dated. I also experienced inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour from front desk staff (in particular this short bald male staff), which affected my stay. Although the location was convenient, the overall experience was undermined by the condition of the facilities and the quality of service. I would not recommend this hotel and would not return.
