Amazing staff, such great hospitality and very accommodating to all our needs. Property is absolutely beautiful, very clean and luxurious!

It was a really nice hotel if you are capable of handling things on your own.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, In every single way. We've traveled and stayed in gorgeous properties around the world, and I can't have enough words to say how we feel when leaving this resort (today). The most unbelievable experience. The property, the room... the private pool in the room, what a treat! Two amazing restaurants at the property with stunning sunset views. Also, important - it's literally 5 minutes walk from the caldera's blue domes, but it's like a sanctuary, peaceful and serene and away from the noise and millions of tourists. Possibly THE BEST vacation/resort ever. So relaxing, you don't need to leave the property - other than for an hour to caldera of Oia, and then you can't wait to come back!!! Breakfast, dinner - amazing! Staff - smiling, genuine, making a point to make your experience magical and memorable. And they did. Amazing. Want to mention Anna, George, Vazha, Christos (both - morning and evening). Seriously, I feel like I am leaving the family and a piece of my heart here in Santorini. Service - top notch but so subtle and unintrusive, it is truly hard to describe... one must experience. We cannot wait to come back!!!! AMAZING in every way!!!!

Must stay.. no complaints and excellent service.

We had a problem with the lights in the room. They had to come to the room and pull a circuit breaker. The light switches were hard to figure out. The coffee maker was hard to figure out with no directions. The same with the thermostat in the room. make sure you get a thorough briefing on the above. This could have been done easily because we were escorted to the room by staff when we got there and they could have done the briefing. At that time we didn't know enough to ask questions. If you think my problems were due to lack of familiarity with foreign hotels, I am a recently retired international airline pilot with countless stays all over the world. I would still recommend The hotel though as it was beautiful and in a nice area on the island and close to some great restaurants.
