Overall stay was good - staff were accommodating and spoke english - the rooms were clean and comfortable the complimentary drinks and water in fridges was a nice touch - my only gripe would be no milk although there were coffee pods and a range of tea bags - it was great that we could leave our luggage in the hotel in our last day as our flight was in the evening. I also thought the breakfast not worth the 20 Euros - it was a very limited choice.

Overall a terrible experience. First of all it has 1 star too many. The quality of common areas, service, food, etc is way below the european 4-star-mark seen in almost every country in Europe. Ando also pricewise. Never pay more than one hunded euros a night to be in this hotel. It's not worth it. Second - One day I had to withstand drilling and hammering for many hours while I was resting in my room. When I complained to reception, their answer was: "it's legal. We are doing it in legal hours". So that means I'm paying almost three hundred euros a night for hearing drilling and hammering? Not a single apology, not a single compensation for the damaged caused. Unbelievable. Third - In order to get a city tax invoice emailed I had to send more than four emails to the hotel plus contacting them through my travel agent. The only positive side? The housemaids were very kind. As I said, not worth staying at this hotel at all.
