We went here for Christmas market and it's close to Marienplatz, walkable distance. Great transportation connection just outside of the hotel, as there are trams and metro stops. Near to coffee shops, restaurants and to Munich Central station too.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was decent, a bit old but clean. They also allow us to leave our luggage after check out. Will definitely recommend this!

Good location and good person in the front office who did a quick check-in. But they could really do better with the hotel upgrade .. Old carpets in the room and roaches in the bathrooms. I would be hesitant to go back unless they improve the standards.
