Great room!

We stayed 8 days at Pan Pacific and we were all really impressed with the service, cleanliness, breakfast options, and comfort! The staff all went above and beyond from front desk, breakfast, room attendants, and bell service! The room was spacious and had everything you needed to cook meals in room! The location was great to access everything in Whistler Village. The access to the ski locker at sister hotel was perfect for storing everything needed for mountain. The hotub was amazing after a full day of skiing and the added touches of snacks at the apres ski was perfect. We loved out stay and will definitely sta again next time in Whistler. They still only had one elevator working which didn’t bother us, as we just used the stairs. And I was nervous about the breakfast that included, but they were plenty of hot options available, along with fresh pastries, fruit and a coffee machine and juices! It was a great added touch to not have to go out for breakfast! Thanks Pan Pacific for making Christmas at Whistler magical!

Breakfast mani can change every few days

The room was in good condition and to the level we were expecting. Issue with one TV remote that was not working. Also, one of the two elevators was off for maintenance. This meant having to wait minutes every time we had to use the elevator. For almost $1000/night, this was not expected.
