The restaurant was fantastic and the staff in the lounge were great! The rooms could have been cleaner, The tub was dirty and there was mold in the sink. But we cleaned it and moved on.

The bed is so dirty, they say they change the sheet and comforter but there are still stains on it. Pillow smells bad and has a lot of stains. Bed is disgusting!

We got the best, biggest suite on the 6th floor with a city view. It was super handy to walk everywhere, like 3-10 minutes tops, from the Alle' to the lower city. The staff were nice, and the whole hotel was spotless. The kids loved the pool, and having a bar and restaurant right there was awesome. We'd totally book again!

We booked 2 rooms We stayed in room 326 And 513 Room 326 was so hot, the heater would not go down and we couldn't sleep for the three nights that we booked because of the sweat we felt like the heat from the pool was coming into our room. We knew something was off because 513 was not as hot as 326, it was awful for my parents. The live music was great but when new years eve arrived they did not offer the live music and that was really disappointing. When we felt we had a chance to finally use the pool and jacuzzi, i could see the murky waters specially in the jacuzzi. For three days it was murky until the last day when they emptied it out and cleaned it. I stayed here last winter on Christmas day and i had a great experience and went as far as to send family over from Boston and they also had a poor experience two weeks ago. Great location, but the quality is going down. I hope you can work on it.
