女1人での宿泊でしたが、特に不安を感じることもなく安全に過ごせました。 ◎良かった点 ・館内・客室ともに清潔感がある ・クリスマス時期の滞在でしたが、部屋は寒くなく快適でした ・立地がとても良い ブケリア市場とカサ・バトリョの間にあり、どちらにも歩いて行けて便利 また、危ないエリアではないので安心です ・まだお部屋には入れない時間でも、共用トイレがあるので便利 ・真隣にスーパーあり ・ウェルカムウォーターあり 気になった点 ・シャワーは、お湯はしっかり出ますが、水圧はもう少し強いと嬉しかったです ・バスタオルは、バスマットくらいの硬めの素材で好みが分かれるかもしれません ・ドライヤーは、ヨーロッパあるあるなのか、使用中ずっとボタンを押し続ける必要があり親指が疲れました笑　結構重かったです 朝食のホームメイドケーキが美味しかったです。今回は知らずに利用できませんでしたが、ティータイムのサービスもあるようなので、次回宿泊する機会があればぜひ利用してみたいと思います。

7 mature males in Barcelona on the way back to Wales from Perpignan after watching a Rugby game. Stayed 1 night at the hotel. The hotel is conveniently placed in Barcelona and absolutely perfect for sightseeing and enjoying the numerous and varied restaurants and bars. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. Although mainly a continental breakfast, there was a choice of fried bacon and sausages and the variety of food was excellent and you could have any amount of food, juices and tea/coffee as you wanted.

Good location and a very well maintained hotel. What needs to change is the vibe. The staff needs to be more welcoming, cheerful, and Hotel needs to add some color to maybe everything. The whole vibe of the hotel is very dull and maybe somewhat sad. We had a few hiccups at checkin, we gave some feedback through Expedia and all of those were taken care of, so great service there. Breakfast was good variety, some items were good, some just ok, like the scrambled eggs were too dry. 24 hr coffee was a great offering . I would likely not be back here.
