When you walk to check in they hard sell you on some tours. Sit you down, make you go through books, show you pricing, etc. It was fine I just didn't know that was going to happen.
The TV never worked, I was told every day it would be but even after my entire time it never was.
Also, the internet barely works. It said it did but it was very slow and would stay connected for about 2 minutes at a time. This caused me to need to re-up my eSim TWICE which was an added expense... hopefully it's fixed soon.
But overall, I was still happy with my time there. The street view was awesome and the staff were really great. Location is fantastic.

It is conveniently located in Old quarter, but not in a super noisy street. They cleaned our room and replaced with new towels, even if we stayed for two nights. The room itself wasn’t so spacious, so we struggled a bit with unpacking all luggages. But still considering the location, its price and the state of the place, it is overall a good place to stay in Hanoi.
