3 custom tailors yards away from the hotel. Amazing coffee shop directly across the street. Easy walk just a few blocks to Lake Heim. Hotel has a perfect location for tour bus pick at front door. And lots of great shopping and food But what makes the stay phenomenal is the staff. Above and beyond accommodating. The entire staff deserve more than a 5 star rating. Sad to leave when time to go.

Great location for exploring Hanoi. Property was good value for money but if I was returning I would spend a bit more and stay somewhere else. Breakfast was ok, some food looked like it had been out for several days and there was no one around to order cooked food from

The hotel let us check in early which was nice. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was not cold enough. We were told not to throw toilet paper in the toilet and to put it in the bin which I was not used to. The safe had problems but they fixed it Breakfast was just ok. Not much selection but you can order fried eggs and bowl of noodles. They had umbrellas for the guests to use. Overall for the price it was fine for a small boutique hotel. Staff was friendly.

Frontdesk staff were highly attentive and approachable. Helped us book tours (we did a food tour) and seats to the water puppet show. Would not have enjoyed our trip as much if it weren't for fact we knew that the hotel staff would try their best to help us with what we needed.

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux quartier d’Hanoï. Il est près de restaurants et d’attractions à visiter en plus du lac. Les chambres sont belles et simples. Le personnel, surtout Chloé, a été merveilleux. Elle nous a conseillé des endroits à visiter et s’assurait que nous étions corrects.
