A boutique hotel in central Ha Noi with a very kind staff. The hotel was doing renovations at the time and we had to enter/exit through the construction area. We are deeply grateful to Minh (Bob) who made our stay comfortable. He really took care of us. He was amazing.

직원들의 친절함은 별을 더 주고 싶지만 5개까지만 줄 수 있어 아쉽습니다. 방도 크고 위치도 좋고 아침도 맛있습니다.

친절하시고 방이 조금 꿉꿉?한거 빼고는 가격대랑 다 괜찮았던거같습니다. 2박 머물러있는데 잘쉬다가요

Lina & her team were very friendly, approachable & welcoming. In fact, she reached out to us before our arrival. They literally made us feel at home. As hotel is near Hoan Kiem Lake and night market, it was easy to move around for food & shopping. Room space was fantastic with 3 of us sharing. It would have been better if furniture & fitting were to be newer. Breakfast was decent with both western & local menu. Hot beverages were most outstanding to me. They even packed out breakfast when we needed to head out early. Overall, a very cozy and happy experience.
