I really find this place disappointing.
- I booked an airport pickup with them because I'm arriving in the wee hours of the morning at 1am Hanoi time. They confirmed days before my arrival. Came my arrival day, after 30minutes of waiting no one came. I decided to chat them via Agoda and even call the Agoda Customer Service support for help. I was frustrated, waiting at the Noi Bai Airport for 2hours (yes, 1am-past 3am) but no one literally came. No advice what happened, no heads up. It was so so so disappointing that left a negative mark on this hotel. I am just grateful that I was able to arrive safely via Grab.
- They just said sorry and i do not feel they are sorry or emphatic at all! because they did not know their driver did not pick me up. That they did not know the driver had fever. Isnt weird? How come no one knew that the driver was sick and couldn't make it! This part is so so so weird and unacceptable. They just said sorry - no complimentary offer like a free ride back or breakfast or any! To compensate on the stress and disappointment I felt on the day of my arrival. I was so exhausted and sleepy that time.
- The room? It felt like it is under construction! It looked like it still has to go finishing touches because in the bathroom, the tiles are moving, there are electric wires exposed.
- There's only one socket working in the room, the rest are not working.
- shower head in the bathroom would literally splash directly into your face instead from the head. And idk, the bathroom fixtures are old.
- even though there was a 'do not disturb' sign on my door, they were literally banging my door in the morning and even trying to open my door using a keycard. Thankfully I am on double lock! They did this for 2x during my 6days stay, even on my last days when I am resting because of my sore sprained foot. It was so frustrating
- I asked for extra pillows so I can elevate my sore sprained foot as part of first aid response. they gave me old, used, dirty pillows with no covers! This is just so inconsiderate.
- idk with my bed, but it's hard to lie on it. It's not at all comfortable!
- I asked for hotel slippers, they gave me an old, used or being used one
Idk, i cannot really say it's good because it's so stressful and disappointing. When I arrived Im contemplating for a refund and look for another hotel, but i tried to consider. But after the overall experience, i figure i will not stay again here. It's really disappointing the way they handled things.

Well located, room is equipped goos, staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend for a short stay for reasonable price!

Got elevator and room is clean. Location is close to everything even the weekend nights market just 5 minutes walking.
