Petit hôtel dans le vieux quartier, un peu vieillot mais coquet. Situé à distance de marche du lac Hô Tâ, de la rue du train, de plusieurs restaurants d'une buanderie, très animé comme quartier. Excellent service à l'hôtel, on peut vous organiser des visites et aussi le transport à l'aéroport. Il y a un petit truc pour l'eau chaude dans la douche mais c'est facile et cela fonctionne. Le petit déjeûner est très bien, fruits et légumes frais, jus, choix de mets chauds, omelette sur place.

The staff are attentive and very kind, going out of their way to provide your the utmost hospitality and service. The location is also good for travelers as it sits centrally within Old Quarter (the busy central area). For those that want to be in the centre of the action, this is a good base location. If you prefer a quieter location though I suggest situating outside of the Old Quarter. It’s also quite convenient with lots of legendary restaurants and cafes nearby. The facilities are decent, but a bit old and dated and not as pristine, but I think that’s the nature of being in an older area of Hanoi. Overall I would recommend the hotel, it’s affordable and located in a convenient area for most tourists.

Great location, but average food options for vegetarians. Hotel lacked freshness. Staff was excellent but could be more clean.

Reception, doorman and restaurant staff all go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
