Jimmy, Sophie and all the staff are so hospitable, helpful and warm. We are always greeted with broad smiles.
They go the extra mile of ensuring you are comfortable and well taken care of.
Excellent service. The staff here are really gems and will return because of them.
Location wise, it is good too. Hotel is surrounded by Countless shops with good bargain and eateries.

Probably one of the best hospitality I have received at a hotel.
The receptionist personally showed me up to my room.
Had a very interesting chat with Bin, the porter at Dal Vostro, and I can see him filled with passion for travelling and education.
Close proximity to old quarter and close by to a few great eating spots, banh cuon, pho and the famous pizza 4P's chain is directly opposite the hotel
