The hotel photos are nothing like this is person. The rooms are in incredible disrepair. The water damage to the floors under the windows in our room has the flooring lifting and slidding. You can pull the pieces up there is so much damage. The window also does not close fully.
There are little fly-like bugs and cocoons in the bathroom. There is a lot of mould in the bathroom. The gap between the tub and the wall has enough dead bugs and dust accumulated that you know it has not been cleaned in a very long time.
The water pressure is no existent. The water is coming out of the hose rather then the nozzle.
The drainage in the bathroom is poor. There is a bathtub but there is more water pooling on the floor outside the tub. There is also no where to hang your towels after a shower.
The baseboards and corners of the room have not been cleaned in a long time.
The rooms are stale and musky from lack of air flow when no one is in the rooms.
The service is not good either.
The room we had booked was double booked and we ended up downgraded from what we had intended.
The power for the entire hotel has been out for over 4 hours. We will have to hike up 8 flights back to our room. We also check out soon and our luggage is going to need to be carried down 8 flights of stairs with two kids in tow. The phone lines in the hotel do not work. There is something in the hotel manual that they have back up power and the backup generator is not working. This is a do not return to hotel.
ドアの開閉でアラーム音が鳴る事や、ケトルが故障してたり、部屋の電球が不良してる事を男性スタッフに伝えたが対応が無かった。それ以外は周辺の探索に関して立地が良いホテルでした。
Reservamos 6 habitaciones, 3 vistas parciales y 3 standar, cuando llegamos agotados nos dicen que solo hay 3 habitaciones, despues de hablar con alguien nos aumenta a 4, posteriormente enseñandole las reservas a 5 y finalmente a las 3 de la mañana aparece la habitacion que faltaba, nos dieron habitaciones sin ventana, sucias, con manchas, al menos 3 deberian haber tenido ventana al lago cosa que no, un desastre de estancia. No volveria y menos lo recomendaria
Teniamos varias habitaciones reservadas, con vistas al lago y NO TENIAN VENTANA, el hotel esta sucio, viejo y no corresponde con las fotos
La experiencia fue horrible, llegamos cansados de nuetsro viaje sobre las 23h, no habia habitaciones para todos, hotels.com se lavo las manos, estuvimos hasta las 3 am peleando al final nos dieron las habitaciones aunque no correspondian con lo reservado... y para mas colmo habia manchas y suciedad
