The place is running fraud scheme , deposits are not refunded ... or refunded on a selective basis i was not selected ... keep an eye on paperwork ensure yhat they put your card number for a refund. From pros airport shuttle runs every 45 mjn - very convenient.

My room was clean, and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. It's nothing fancy but for the price, can't beat it.

This wasn’t just a one-off incident—I witnessed staff being extremely rude to guests three separate times in a single day during my stay. It didn’t happen to me personally, but I was genuinely shocked at how bad the interactions were. Terrible place. Please choose somewhere else; this could easily turn into a nightmare.

The location is a highlight, near the airport and offering a free shuttle going to the airport. There’s no breakfast and the bathroom could be improved as well as the laundry area should be cleaned. The staffs are also accommodating to our needs. Overall, great experience!

They gave us a room at the furthest end from the lobby so we had to walk all the way there in the cold. In the morning when we wanted to put our luggage in storage the Asian man at the counter initially was really angry and told us we couldn’t put anymore. Only after pleading did he allow us to put. We had no where else to store our luggage so we did appreciate him helping us out. Otherwise the room is wet and mouldy but for one night stay, it’s ok, especially since it’s near to the airport with shuttle service back and forth.
