The room and staff were great. What wasnt great was the fact that Expedia's receipt said i paid upfront, but it turns out i did not and I was hit with an unexpected charge for the hotel after departure. The total cost in the end was more than what my Exepedia receipt shows.

It took 20 minutes to get an elevator and they were always over capacity. Water was not available in the room there was limited bell service long lines at the bell desk

We appreciated that the room was always clean, sometimes even a nice scent remained in the room. The staff were great, attentive and friendly, from the receiver, front desk, gift shop and cleaning staff, all excellent. The only complaint we could mention is that not all the elevators worked, therefore, sometimes we would have to wait a few rounds to be able to get to the lobby.

La chambre vétuste la salle bain avec calcaire dans la baignoire avec les robinets qui vous restent dans la main , chauffage impossible à régler donc froid dans la chambre! Personnel adorable mais impuissant
