The hotel room was clean and the location was very central to the tourist attractions that we visited within 2 days. I love that it's in the heart of the city. Check-in had a very long line, especially because the mobile key option was disabled. The elevators took a long time. There could be more food options on-site and it would be nice if they were offered at more economical prices. We didnt have the opportunity to use the resort credit offered for food because of limited options and extremely busy lines. The staff was friendly for the most part. There were a few inconsistencies and its hard to speak with a front desk representative. The overall hotel experience was great for my family with teenagers. I'd come back again during a non-peak season, outside of the holidays.

Great trip

In general, the service was very good; however, we had to wait seven hours to get a room because it was not ready yet. I understand that the staff may have been understaffed due to the busy season. I would like to stay at this hotel again and hope that I won’t face the same situation next time.

Room vents needed to be cleaned as they were thick with dust and furniture has to be upgraded.

Very good we feel at home,late bar staff wonderful, great manager. Room staff outstanding.
